人字厚料曲折缝纫机Heavy-Material Lockstitch Zigzag Sewing Machine
本机采用牙叉式送料，针杆摆动，连杆挑线，大旋梭勾线。大小压脚交替，上、下同步送料，形成曲折缝纫，本机缝厚能力强，层缝性能好，针距稳定，并附有倒顺缝装置，采用渗油装置，半自动润滑，维修方便。通过简单的拆装更换凸轮可进行2点或3点人字花样缝纫。
本机采用大旋梭，减少了换底线次数，增加工作效率。
本机广泛适用各类皮革、合成皮、帆布、竹席、草席等材质的曲折缝纫和装饰缝。
It adopts fork feed, needle movement, link thread take-up, big hook, and top and bottom feed to forms zigzag sewing. It's strong in sewing ability, perfect performance and steady stitch. It's convenient maintain because of the forward and backward sewing device and oil increase the working efficiency because of the big rotating hook.
It's suitable for zigzag or embroidery sewing on leather, synthetic leather, canvas, bamboo and straw mats and so on.
